1. How many children can go in/on the inflatable at a time and are there certain safety procedures to follow?


The age and size of the children determine the number of children allowed on at one time. Our maximum number of children per inflatable are:

THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE OBSERVED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL THE CHILDREN,TEENS, ADULTS WHO USE THE MOON JUMP:

 

  • ONE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE THE JUMPERS AT ALL TIMES.
  • Children in Moon Jump should be close in age.
  • Divide children by ages and give each group their own time to jump
  • FLIPS RE NOT ALLOWED IN THE MOON JUMP!
  • Children must remove shoes before using jump bounce house.
  • Keep all sharp objects away from Moon Jump.
  • Keep all pets away from inflatable Moon Jump.
  • Keep all food, drinks and snacks away from Moon Jump.
  • Stay out of Moon Jump in strong wind or thunderstorms.
  • Moon Jump needs to be deflated during strong winds or thunderstorms. After unit is deflated, please use mat to cover blower during rain or thunderstorms.
  • If the inflatable is deflated accidentally (i.e. power outage) have all children exit orderly through the door, or emergency roof/ceiling release, or alternate exit.  You will have time to get everyone out safely!
  • After all children are safely out and away from the Moon Jump, then fix the problem.
  • Keep all unnecessary electric wires and cables away from Moon Jump
  • Plan a spot in a grassy area away from your house meters and pool.
  • Be aware of the size of the moon jump you are renting, add at least a foot or two all around and then plan where the Moon Jump unit will go.
  • Provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink outside of jump house.
  • Plan a food, drink and snack area a safe distance away from Moon Jump.
  • Keep all party toys such as 'silly string' and other toys away from Moon Jump.

 

*If you are entertaining a varied age group, it is a good idea to have other activities planned while the other age groups take their turns. Or, have several of our inflatables available for added fun!



2. Where should we set up the inflatable (Requirements)?

  • Grass is the only surface we will operate inflatable bounces.
  • A minimum area of 20' x 20'. It must be level, clean, and free of any overhead branches or wires.
  • One 20 amp, 110 volt outlet within 100 feet of the inflatable. 
  • One adult to supervise the inflatable bounce at all times.


3. What is your bad weather policy?

Moon Jumps can't be used during rain or strong winds (15 MPH or stronger)

If for any reason the weather turns out to be inclement and your inflatable cannot be set up, there is never a penalty or charge to you as long as we have not delivered the attraction to your event. We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times    



4. How can we keep an eye on our children while they bounce?

There are large mesh windows on all sides for ventilation and easy monitoring.



5. Are they safe?

Yes! All our inflatables have safety enclosures on the entrance; no chance of children bouncing out of the entrance like open-front bouncers. We also require that one adult supervise at all times.



6. How clean are your inflatables?

All our inflatables are cleaned, sanitized, and vacuumed out before and after every rental.


7. Do you require a deposit?

No. Rental dates will be confirmed once we have determined a satisfactory delivery and pickup time. We will provide a rental agreement and invoice on the day of the confirmed rental. In order to secure a rental date, submit your information by phone.  We request payment be provided once set-up is complete on your rental date.


8. Is there a delivery charge?

There is an additional charge for deliveries outside the local delivery area.
